SEM SEGURANÇA E DESORGANIZADO

Pessimo atendimento. O hotel não tem segurança e é totalemente desorganizado. A equipe despreparada e não realizam o cadastro do hospedes do local. Ou seja, eles não tem a minima noção de quem está hospedado no local. Tive um problema grave ao me levarem até o quarto. O rapaz que me atendeu me levou até um quarto onde já havia outro hospede, que no momento estava no local e dormindo no aposento. Não recomendo!
