A great little apartment!
We had a wonderful 5 day stay in Angu's apartment just before Christmas, arriving on 17th December. Angu, the owner is lovely (even welcoming us with nice bottle of red wine and nibbles!) and has set up a very, very nice apartment, situated in the southern end of Jerez - about a 20 minute walk from the centre of town. The apartment is compact, quirky (in a good way - lovely decoration internally) and situated in a lovely art-deco style block (that reminded us of Los Angeles!), with a balcony overlooking a lovely green palm tree lined set of gardens and also surrounded by greenery and parkland. There is parking available in the underground parking lot, accessible via stairs and an elevator.Internally the apartment is exactly as the photos show, making great use of the available space and is very well equipped with everything that you would need for your stay (including a washing machine). As it was just the two of us, there was ample room, though I would probably say that having 4 people in the apartment might be a little bit of a squeeze - but still would be very cozy? The apartment is situated in a residential area and within 5 minutes walk there is a Mercadona, a Lidl, a Dia and a large Carrefour, plus a whole range of other shops and a few local bars too. As I said Jerez is about 20 minutes away on foot, but it is easily walk-able and the local tabancas serve sherry at 1Euro a glass! Wonderful with a plate of marinated artichokes....Yum! quite easy to just spend an afternoon watching the world go by. The apartment also has easy access onto the main road for Cadiz (which is WOW and worth spending time in) and the beach towns of the wonderful Costa de la Luz. So, a great apartment that we would love to return to! Asi que hola y muchas gracias a Angu y tu hija!

Excellent location, amenities and value for money
The apartment is easily located from the main road providing easy access, but close enough to walk into the historical centre. The garage has the easiest access of any place we have stayed in Spain. The apartment is close to supermarkets and banks etc. The apartment is in a complex overlooking a well kept park area. This is a complex with Spanish families, so you get a small taste of Spanish life with kids playing in the park till dusk and meeting locals in the passage ways. The apartment is excellent value for money. Angu was great to deal with, waiting for us at the garage entrance and providing us information on things to see and do locally.

Excellent rapport qualité/prix!
Nous avons séjourné 9 jours dans l'appartement de Angu laquelle nous a très chaleureusement accueillis. L'appartement est confortable, propre et bien équipé. Sa situation convient parfaitement pour visiter Jerez car on peut se rendre sans le centre historique à pied en 15 minutes. Également adéquat pour visiter plusieurs villes d'intérêt de la région telles Arcos de la Frontera, Cadix, Sanlucar et bien d'autres. À recommander!

DIEZ DIAS EN JEREZ PARA LA SAMBOMBA
Hemos estado diez dias en jerez visitando a la familia..y elegimos este precioso apartamento para estar mas comodos..y una excelente decision.
La situacion ideal frente a un mercadona..un lidl y el carrefour a dos pasos..farmacias..panaderias..bancos..tiendas..de todo..y un gran parque justo al lado
la zona muy trankila para descansar..con un precioso parque interior..y los vecinos ni se les escuchaba.
A 5 minutos en coche del centro..y conexion en dos minutos con autovia s cadiz..jerez norte..centro comercial area sur..zoo..etc
El apartamento completisimo..nos puso incluso cuna para la nena..aire y calefactor..y muy mono de verdad.
Angus..su hija y su sobrina muy simpaticas..
Con una habitacion mas y una batidora para el pure de la nena..me quedaba a vivir alli
Gracias..felices fiestas y año..y nos volvemos a ver pronto

La casa è bella e funzionale,c'è tutto quello che serve ed è in una buona posizione X partire alla volta dei dintorni. Angu è una proprietaria accogliente e dolce ,vi troverete sicuramente bene , inoltre a un ottimo prezzo , un'altra cosa che non guasta mai

Agnu's apartment is a great location in Jerez.
I spent one very nice week there and the apartment was an important factor for my well-being.
You can follow the photos for how it looks like - nicely decorated and with all one could need, I felt at once like at home.
Supermarket, Lidl and Carrefour are just across the street.
The center, the bus and railway stations can be reached after a 15 minutes' walk.
Agnu is extremely helpful and pleasant, thinking of everything you might need.
I highly recommend the location.

sehr schönes Appartement und super nette Vermieterin
Das Appartement ist sehr sauber. Es wurde liebevoll eingerichtet und ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es gibt einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz sowie einen Fahrstuhl.
Die Vermieterin ist extrem herzlich und auch ihre kleine Tochter ist zuckersüß.
Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und würde diese jederzeit wieder buchen.
Zur Begrüßung bekam ich eine Flasche Wein sowie den leckeren Serranoschinken.
