Great Family Reunion Spot
Having separate rooms for each family and a separate gathering place away from napping babies was a huge success for our family reunion of 30 people. The location is also close to Dinosaur National Monument and lots of other things to do.

ATV vacation
Spent 3 nights here. Was a perfect place to unwind and relax after a hard day of riding trails in the area. The rooms are nice and clean (each room has a unique theme.) Plenty of parking for our 7 vehicles/ATV trailers. The price of the 8 rooms also included access to a huge clubhouse/full kitchen (we had 16 people sitting around 1 large table playing cards and still used less than1/4 of the available space in the club house. We didn’t even use the second floor which is just as big as the main level!

Perfect for family reunions and groups!
The property had everything we needed for a great stay. We loved the extra tables and chairs onsite and the firepit. The ice machine is the best!! The shade was perfect for our activities. The owners were so accommodating and friendly. We had great communication with them and would recommend to anyone. Many people in our group are wanting to rent again for they’re family reunions. Five star!!
