Sunny, 2 bedroom unit on corner lot! –This adorable beach bungalow has an open kitchen, dining room, and living room with laminate flooring and old Florida decor, Kitchen is fully stocked, large TV in living room with DVD player, queen & full size sleeper sofas, master bedroom has a queen size bed with TV, second bedroom offers a twin trundle bed. Enjoy the patio table on back deck for outdoor enjoyment. One minute walk to the recreation area and outdoor pool/hot tubs. Rec equipment includes shuffleboard, mini golf, tennis and more. Walk or drive for easy access to Nettles private beach and heated beach side pool. Ready for rest and relaxation!

Nettles Island is an ocean to river 5 star resort community located on beautiful Hutchinson Island across the street from the Atlantic Ocean and surrounded by the Indian River. When you come to visit you will be able to enjoy two junior Olympic size swimming pools, one of them being located at our private ocean access. Enjoy our fitness center, tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball, shuffleboard, mini golf and so much more located at our exquisite club house. Nettles has a private marina that offers a grocery market that serves up the best fresh sandwiches and pizza, a hair salon, a boutique and a key west style restaurant.
