This was our second time here and we loved the house and Nettles all over again. The house is spacious and meets our needs and more. There were beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen is well stocked and clean. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. We hope to return.

Love staying at the Sea Breeze Beach House. This is our second visit for our girls trip. It's the perfect size for our group. The house is clean and fully stocked. Pictures shown are accurate. Sonja is very responsive and helpful. My granddaughters are already making plans to come back next year.

Best property we have been to

We have rented various properties at Nettles over the past decade or so. This is the nicest one we have used and it was comparably priced. 2.5 baths is huge as is 3 full BR. Owner is fantastic. This is our first choice in the future. Just an A all the way around.

Nice house, comfortable bed in master BR. We experienced a problem with the AC on arrival. The host was VERY quick to remedy the situation, and gifted us with dinner at an excellent restaurant. Overall, very clean, spacious and accessible location. Close to all necessaries…grocery, beach, historical sites etc. Most amenities as pictured, coffee maker is a Keurig…We enjoyed our stay.

Home Base

We used Nettles Island as a jump point to explore the area. Went from Sebastian inlet all the way down the coast to Haulover. Had a fantastic time and the house was exactly what we needed. The only issue at all is the pool rules are very strict. Ok if you’re retired as most of the community is, but kids want to jump in, splash and play and use floating toys. The attendants will have none of that and one even got extremely rude with another group of kids. Overall we had a great time, the house was perfect for us, and the price was reasonable.

Beautiful home for a relaxing stay

This home is bright and inviting. It is in a great location with lots of activities all day long. There are two pools to choose from with one being right along the ocean. You can lay by the pool and listen to the waves crash on the beach. I appreciated the balcony off the master bedroom for coffee each morning. I would definitely stay here again.
