Condo 301 at Island Beach Resort is on the third floor and overlooks the pool/ocean. It has two flat screen TVs, an oversized balcony, 1 king bed, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. Condo 301 has gorgeous ocean views from its bedroom balcony and is a mere 30-second walk to the private beach entrance. The livingroom in this condo is the largest onsite and boasts floor to ceiling windows. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Deceptive Disappointment

Motel conversion from '60's . '70's...would have been outdated in '90's. Dark, dank hallways, small dirty elevators. Access to rooms, amenities, etc. via hard keys, no key cards. Unit itself dark, jumbled, outdated. The wide angle bright picture is very unrealistic. Shutter louvers would not stay open for view, ants in kitchen, dirty pot in cabinet, ice-maker not working. Our worst VRBO experience ever. At least the ladies at check-in were courteous.

Renovated Old Hotel into Condo

The only thing positive was the beautiful view of ocean. Condo is right next door to restaurant and you can smell fried food all day, there were ants in the kitchen, icemaker didn't work, slider didn't open, a/c wasn't working properly, poor grade towels. Would not waste time going there.
