Condo 209 at Island Beach Resort is on the second floor and overlooks the pool/ocean. It has three flat screen TVs, two balconies, two king beds, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. The livingroom and one of the bedrooms has a balcony. From the livingroom and kitchen, you have splendid ocean views.
Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.
Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.
Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

Pineapple Festival (Not)
All of the online information about the Jensen Beach location touted the annual Pineapple Festival as a 'Not Miss' activity. We planned our visit for the dates posted. There was no Pineapple Festival. It was listed on Chamber of Commerce website. We called. They didn't know the info was on their website. Very disappointed.

Had to leave a day earlier because of hurricane Nicole but no one came and warned us I woke up to the ocean coming up to the pool.no panels put up or never even came to pick up the patio furniture

Not as expected
Condo was clean and sufficient for our stay and remodeled recently it seemed. The Red Tide was present in the area which caused coughing and eye irritation so could not enjoy the balcony and ocean views and just being outside which was unfortunate since the main reason for renting this unit. There was updating/remodeling going on in and outside also and the hall area had a musty odor. It would have been nice to have been notified beforehand of the circumstances with the Red Tide and being able to cancel without having to endure the expense.

Jensen Beach Condo
The place was great! Right on the ocean with a great balcony. It was spotless and quiet while we were there (beginning of March). Having Schuckers in the building was nice if you just wanted a drink or dinner without having to drive. I would definitely rent this unit again.
Minor drawback - I would have like a tea kettle. Just a note for the owners - a chair or an ottoman in the bedrooms would be good - if my husband went to bed first, he put the decorative pillows on the floor.
