Ruhig und zentrumsnah

Freundlicher Empfang durch die Eigentümerin, persönliche Einweisung erhalten, Begrüßungsgetränke im Kühlschrank und Süßigkeiten in den Zimmern, gut ausgestattet, verschiedene Zimmer auf drei Ebenen, Einrichtung gut in Schuss, alles nicht ganz neu , aber in Ordnung. Im Mai nachts noch etwas kalt, man konnte aber problemlos die Heizung anmachen. In 10min ist man an der Grünen Tanne, 15min an der Uni, 10 min zum Fuß des Jenzig. Danke für die Beherbergung.

Nettes Haus, aber aufdringliche Gastgeberin

Das Haus ist schön groß für eine Familie und gut gelegen. Die Küche ist jedoch nur mangelhaft ausgestattet (wenig Gläser, keine Schüsseln, keine große Pfanne, keine scharfen Messer) und der Grundriss ist etwas unpraktisch (zb ist das Bad nur ein Durchgangszimmer und das angrenzende Zimmer hat keine Tür, sondern nur einen Vorhang). Im Angebot stand etwas vom privaten Garten, doch das Tor war verschlossen und die Vermieterin sagte, es sei ihr privater Garten, den sie nicht teilt (sie wohnt in der anderen Doppelhaushälfte nebenan), insgesamt war das alles für uns ok, haben uns aber schon ein wenig ausspioniert gefühlt. Unsere Lebensart wurde mehrmals kommentiert und die Gastgeberin kam mehrmals zu uns zum Haus, um Dinge zu klären und guckte sich dann auch um, ob wir alles gut behandelt haben. Das war zu tolerieren, da man aber offensichtlich die Gastgeberin zum Haus dazu bekommt, zu beachten. Vielleicht sind wir ihr auch auf den Schlips getreten ohne es zu wissen, dennoch hat das unsere Bewertung und das Wohlfühlen vor Ort stark beeinflusst. Das Haus selbst ist sehr gepflegt und zu empfehlen, wenn man flexibel mit den Badezimmerzeiten ist ;).
