Villa Bea (Dvor Pitve Villa B)

Villa Bea is located in the small tourist town of Jelsa on the beautiful island of Hvar, which is visited by a large number of local and foreign tourists every year. This villa is ideal for a perfect annual holiday with family or best friends and together with two neighbouring villas (Villa Adoral CLD474 and Villa Valente CLD476) forms a complex called Dvor Pitve. In this villa you will enjoy modern amenities and an elegant decoration that will make you feel like royalty!



Villa Bea was built in a rustic style and offers its guests 120 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 150 m2. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, with the optimum number being 4. You will be comfortably accommodated in 2 bedrooms, one of which is furnished with 2 single beds that can be joined to form a double bed and is located on the first floor, while the other bedroom on the second floor of the villa is furnished with a double bed (180x200). The villa also has two bathrooms with shower and a separate toilet.



On the ground floor there is a living room with a coffee table, a sofa and a TV. Right next to the living room is a modern kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare your favourite meals. There is also a dining room with a bar and 4 bar stools.



Villa Bea has sea views from one bedroom and the lower terrace. On the outdoor terrace, the 21 m2, 1.4 m deep pool provides pleasant refreshment, next to which there is a sun terrace with 4 sun loungers. There is also an outdoor dining table where you can enjoy a drink with your loved ones late into the night.



An additional feature that will come in handy during your stay is the sofa bed in the living room, which serves as an extra bed for 2 people.



There are 3 parking spaces outside the courtyard of the villa. The courtyard of the villa is surrounded by unspoilt nature, thanks to which you can rest your soul and body and enjoy the sun, peace and quiet.
