On the ground floor, which is accessible by external stairs, there is the fitness room with sauna and trim equipment. The outdoor area is a desirable place to sunbathe, take a refreshing dip in the pool with panoramic views, or end the evening with a hearty barbecue. The beautiful pebble beach is only 200 m away and invites you to sunbathe and relax. A 3 km, unpaved road leads to the vacation home.
