Die Unterkunft ist sehr Idyllisch gelegen. Der See ist bei Sonnenuntergang zauberhaft und die Bepflanzung des Grundstücks ist wirklich toll.Leider hört der gute Eindruck dann auch auf. Es kommt zwar eine Mail mit dem Code für die Schlüsselbox, wo sich diese befindet wird allerdings nicht erwähnt. Wir mussten ganz schön suchen. Beim Eintreten ins Haus dann der erste "Schock" abgesehen von den vielen Spinnen, war der Boden nicht sauber. Oben auf dem Teppich lagen tote Fliegen, unten fand man neben Flusen und Staub auch Laub. Die Matratzen waren fleckig und die Haare vom Vorgänger waren auch noch da.Das haben wir natürlich direkt gemeldet. Es rief sofort jemand zurück und sagte Nachbesserung zu. Am nächsten Tag gab es dann Matratzenschoner ( viel zu klein für die Betten), der Boden wurde nicht gereinigt.Die Möbel sind zum Teil kaputt und Sofa und Sessel sind fleckig und speckig. Die Heizung reicht nicht aus um es auch oben warm zu bekommen. Den Kamin haben wir versucht zu nutzen. Leider ist dieser undicht und räuchert das ganze Haus ein.Oben unter den Betten fanden die Kids allerlei Dinge. Das unterstützt leider den Eindruck das nicht ordentlich gereinigt wird.
