Good service. Good breakfast buffet. Rooms are good. Staff need to learn english for communication. Easy access to airport bus every 20mins. Honest staff. Perfect location. Price is expensive but if you can afford it then why not?!
Stayed for one night. Everything was clean and provided in excess. Room service was very nice such as reheating takeaway food. The breakfast had many options, the fruits were very tasty. The location is also quite good, with many resort activities a few minutes away. The beach is excellent. Would have liked a shuttle service to these activities too, and better information upfront on the transport to the beach.
Affordable as compared to the luxurious Korean conglomerate hotels nearby i.e. Lotte / Shilla, and still a comfortable stay for business traveller if your conference event is in Shilla (just 3 mins walk) or Lotte (10mins walk). Easy access to the Jungmun tourist area with local Korean food like BBQ or Chicken&Beer, duty free shopping and cafes/museums. 1 hour ride 4,500₩ on airport limousine bus#600 brings you to Suites hotel (mind you: not the lobby entrance but the bus stop in front. Saw a few lost souls waiting at the hotel lobby only to watch the bus zoom by. Sad.) Or 40mins by taxi est. 40,000₩ Expect basic & minimal English support from the hotel concierge. The staff is generally helpful but mostly limited by their English language proficiency to explain or help further. BBQ dinner at their Level 1 restaurant is fantastic - both food & service! Pricey when compared to the food you get at Jungmun tourist complex but for the convenience, it's worth the try. 150g rib eye comes with 8 other Korean side dishes for 58,000₩ & staff helps to bbq to perfection. A good place to stay for leisure holiday as the location is strategically next to the beach side and port. Note this hotel is 1 hour away from Jeju city i.e. no mega supermart like Lotte Mart or Lotte Duty Free around. Nearest supermart is E Mart about 15mins drive away & JTO Duty Free shopping at ICC is pathetic & not worth the visit at all.
The hotel only provided rooms and breakfast. The swimmingpool and the bar were closed. It is regretable that we haven't been informed of that. At minimum we may have had a discount. A car is needed if you would like to discover Jeju Island.
The resort is spacious and nicely tugged in an area full with other resorts and hotels. Buffet breakfast is great with variety and tasty. If you want to try any food from outside the resort, the choices are limited as there is only a small shopping area 5 minutes walk away.
Flight was delayed. Check into the hotel. Looks good. Was too hungry, had to go to the hotel Korean restaurant. MYUNG-GA KOREAN RESTAURANT. Surprisingly, the food is really good. Ordered lots as way too hungry.
compared to the brand name neighbours, this Hotel didnt do too badly. Especially when you're on a budget. The beds and rooms were decent, front desk had slight diffculty understanding english but other than that, the stay was decent. With a mart just outside the hotel and table chairs for breathers in between stuffy room moments, the surroundings were welcoming. Walking distance, about 15mins, to attractions and food joints. Intercity Bus stop is just outside the hotel grounds and i believe its also a stop for the KAL limo takers. Convenient for taxi takers cause its just next to the big name hotels.
Favorable for tour in jungmun. Easily attach to beach, restaurant, teddy bear museum, k pop museum, botanic garden and cheonjaeyeon waterfall within 15mins walking. But weak air condition and worn furniture in guest room.
Hotel is clean and simple. Room is a bit small compared to other hotels. I found the bed very uncomfortable as the mattress sank in. Don't think it was the mattress being soft, but perhaps time to get new ones. Otherwise, service was good. Ate at the Korean restaurant for dinner, and food was not too bad.
My family and I stayed here over the Memorial Day Weekend. It was clean with great customer service. Wifi was fast for our two teenagers. The weather may have been rainy but the hotel was perfect. The hotel was within walking distance of several sites but you might consider renting a car to take in all of Jeju.
