Been here for two nights with group and overall is a good hotel. Rooms and bed is comfortable. View from restaurant is the best since facing directly to the ocean. Breakfast variation is nice and tasted good. Hotel surrounded to several shops and everything is walking distance. Good location for sneak around in the night.

Stayed there for 2 nites. It's a very old hotel, where the room keys are literally still a physical key with a steel plate engraved with room number. Room looks old but it's location is good. Walking distance to shopping (not too much) and food. The place for breakfast is at 10th floor and it has a nice view of the sea. Abalone porridge was strongly recommended but I felt the ramen was good.

This is the oldest and "seasoned" hotel out of 5 hotels we stayed during our tour of Korea. Nevertheless the location is good downtown. But has no iron or steamer for use. Noticed that there are many south east Asian guests staying here. Thus the flags of the countries infront.

Jeju is a beautiful island, an hour's flight away from South Korea. We checked into the Jeju Palace Hotel in the late evening. The hotel looks impressive but the rooms are quite small but the morning buffet breakfast more or less make up for it. One good thing about Korea is there's always a convenience store near to the hotels. All in all we slept soundly after the long flight from home.

We stayed here for 2 nights after it was arrange by our tour group's was a nice hotel but the furniture is old except for the TV. Bathroom was very small which I most korea hotel are about the same. Surrounding have alot of restaurants and convenient stores... just a 2 min walk to the sea front. BF provided not too bad atleast it has a egg station.

Located in the centre of Jeju islands. Clean and comfortable room with view of the city. Buffet breakfast with Korean and western choices. Walking distance to busy shopping street. Staffs are helpful and friendly. They can speak simple English too. Restaurant and shopping centre can be easy found.

We were there with group tour. We were there for two nights, One of the rooms allocated to us has "burnt plastic smell" so much so that one occupant could not sleep the whole night. Reported the problem . When we return for the second night, we were told the problem solved. When we checked the problem was still there. Our problem was confirmed by our tour leader. Hotel management refused to change the room. Fortunately the tour leader offered his room instead. First time ever in our travel where a 4 star hotel only hand out ONE bath towel for two people. Local Tour Guide explained this is Korean Standard.????

It has **** stars at the front entrance & our local tour guide seems to defend it as 'Local standard' 4 star! We begged to differ! Only one towel provided for 2 guests!!! Very basic & old - renovations over due. This is the most disappointing of the 3 hotels we stayed in South Korea! Our tour package specified 4 or 5 stars hotels !!!

An old style hotel and there is a stairs on the way to lobby, if you bring big luggage you will need extra power to lift it up cause they don't have any Porter service. WiFi are free n high speed. McD just a walking distance and a lot of mini market 24 hours.

I stayed two nights at this hotel located only a few blocks from the seashore. My 3rd-floor room had a double and a single bed, both which were clean and comfortable. In the room thee were also a flatscreen TV, a mini-fridge with two small complimentary bottes of water (replaced daily), and a hair dryer. At first, the free Wi-Fi didnt work in my room, but after a fellow at the front desk attched a cable from a telephone connection in the room to my computer, it functioned well. (Later, to my surprise, my computer worked without that cable, for some reason unknown to me.) The bathroom had a tub and a digit bidet/toilet with a heated seat--a very nice touch (pun intended). Both rooms seemed a bit worn for wear, but they certainly met my simple needs. An included buffet breakfast on the 10th floor of the hotel was laid out with a large assortment of South Korean fare.
