This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in a lot of hotels. The ceilings were moldy, the curtains were torn, the washing machine was outside and did not work. The 'hotel' seemed to be a cheap combination of a flea market, karaoke bar and rooms. The elevator also did not feel entirely safe. I believe the 'hotel' would be shut down if a fire marshal or security firm did a thorough analysis of this place. I highly discourage choosing this place. It is awful!!!

Comfortable and clean

The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were friendly and tried their best to understand and accommodate. The drain in the bathroom clogged up a little but it wasn't a major problem. Overall, a comfortable experience.

Well located Hotel with some patina

It's an old hotel which must've been one of the better a few decades ago. Therefore the facilities are all there and it's very spacious, but everything is a little old. If you can look past that, it is definitely a recommendable place to stay at for an unmatched price. Location is good.

Stayed because of early flight.

The Royal is an older hotel in need of a make over. But for an early flight it was good. The staff first called a taxi, then did a quick check out. I was at the Airport within 15 minutes from leaving my room.

My room was clean but shabby. The light by the bed was falling off the wall, the wallpaper was ripped, couldn't run a bath because the drain wouldn't close.

추천은 못하겠어요

여긴 어두워서 영업 안 하는 곳 같아요. 겉은 관광호텔 필인데 오래된 묵은내가 나고 어두컴컴해요. 여자분들은 무서울 듯. 경매나온 호텔을 인수해서 재개발을 위해 잠시 그때까지 최소한의 영업을 유지하는 느낌? 가격은 저렴하고 연동 중심부라서 편하고 주차자리 모자를 때 바로 앞 큰 공영주차장 있어서 편할 듯요.

오래된 숙박시설이라 그런지 침구 및 객실 청결 상태는 만족스럽지 못했어요. 객실 내에서 좋지 않은 냄새가 나는 것도 조금 불편했습니다. 그래도 처음 배정받은 객실 상태가 너무 안좋아서 변경을 요구했는데 곧바로 바꿔주셔서 감사했어요. 공항과 가깝고 제주 도심과 가까운 위치라 교통도 편리했고 주변 인프라도 없는 것 없이 같춰져 있어서 좋았습니다. 진짜 잠만 잘 숙소가 필요한데 저렴한 숙소를 원하신다면 여기가 최고에요.
