Very old hotel in Jeju, located near the city hall. The room was very small. Two single beds ( not twins), sink was broken, no floor towels and rubber sleeper to share for every visitors. The major problem was the door was broken remain unlocked. When we called the front desk, they acted like a normal, and say “will come and check” Additionally, parking assistance was very rude. He insisted me to park compact car spot and told me to get off to passenger side. Even though there were plenty of parking spots.

This is an older hotel. Nothing fancy. The hallway carpets were stained and the hotel had a funny smell. The room was comfortable, but breakfast should have been included for the price. Good location, but the parking garage got full one night.

This property is full of mold and is a serious health hazard. I cannot recommend enough that you find another hotel, I had to abandon the hotel after 1 night when their attempt to cover up the smell with perfume failed. The elevator and halls were seriously musty and smelled significantly of mold but it wasn’t until we went down to the fitness centre that it became apparent how extensive the problem was. The air was so moldy that it was nearly impossible to breathe. Our room smelled a little musty but we figured it was a basement issue. We were wrong. When we woke up the next morning with itchy eyes, nasal congestion and difficulty breathing, I knew the mold was all around the hotel. The hotel likely aired out the room and I noticed a bizarre number of fragrance dispensers throughout the hotel, but those could not permanently cover up the unliveable situation. The room smelled so mildewed and moldy by morning that the carpet smelled like urine. The air conditioner in 924 (one half of the suite) also didn’t blow any cold air. I went down to the lobby and told the staff about the mold situation and they agreed to let me cancel the next 2 nights without charge and I spoke with the reservations team myself along with the front desk staff who agreed they would reach out to Expedia to approve the refund of the 2 nights and now they will not respond. Avoid at all costs.

Nice clean property with free parking available. There was a problem with the parking garage when we left next morning but after 40mins our car was brought out early by the parking attendant. Room was spacious and clean. Can't comment much about the area as we just stayed 1 night but it's close to the airport and restaurants
