The property is conveniently located and the room itself is spacious, which makes it a comfortable base for exploring Jeju City. However, do note that thereโs a short flight of stairs before reaching the elevator; something to keep in mind if youโre travelling with large or heavy luggage.
Service is very minimal; youโll hardly see anyone on duty. Communication could also be improved. I didnโt receive check-in details beforehand despite a message being sent, and my follow-up went unanswered until much later, after I had already checked out.
Thereโs no air-conditioning during the cooler season, so the room can get stuffy. You can open the window for ventilation, though it can get quite noisy from the street outside.
Additionally, luggage storage is chargeable, which wasnโt communicated in advance.
Overall, itโs a decent stay if youโre independent and prefer a self-service style accommodation, but best not to expect much assistance or comfort amenities on-site.
