필요 시설은 갖추고 있으나 오랫동안 청소하지 않고 방치 된 상태이고 욕실에 곰팡이가 보이고 냄새가 납니다. 슬리퍼에 방번호를붙여서 전용 실내화로 해야 위생문제가 개선된다. 청소와 시설개선한다면 가성비가 좋은 게스트 하우스가 될 수 있다.
