I recently stayed at Dolphin View Guesthouse and had a fantastic experience! The entire place was wonderful, and I loved every aspect of it. One of the highlights for me was the unique double-sized door design. It was my first time seeing a door like that, and it truly amazed me. The view from my window was another standout feature. I usually kept my window open, which was conveniently close to the bathroom. Waking up to the beautiful morning view was such a delightful way to start my day. Additionally, the indoor swimming pool was absolutely amazing. It provided a very nice view and was a great place to relax and unwind. I loved spending time there. Overall, Dolphin View Guesthouse exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

The place is lovely. They have swimming pool indoor and outdoor, you have your own room with a private toilet and a terrace with a nice view. They also have few animals which is really nice. The place has got all the safety measures to make you feel safe. They also have a kitchen that you can use and you need to share with other guests but consider they have just few rooms we have never bumped in other people and we could use whenever we wanted. The closest beach is 15 minutes walk and in 5 minutes by car you are JBay surfing village. The staff is super friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and l highly recommend to anybody! Good find within 5-10 mins drive of main road Jeffreys Bay. Fine base for exploring the locality. Good stop off point for me to break the last leg of a long drive between CPT and PE. Situated in a quiet cul de sac in Wavecrest. Bed was comfortable. Massive bathroom well-appointed. Helpful hostess. Good value for money

Welcoming and Comfortable

This is a quaint, comfortable property with 6 rooms all positioned around an indoor pool and individually decorated. Anita is a most welcoming host and she and her staff are there to do anything they can to help. The property is located to the back of the town in the middle of a nature reserve so offers a most peaceful environment for you stay. Breakfasts are both sumptuous and tasty, big enough to see most through to dinner if need be.

Anita and her team made us extremely welcome and we had a thoroughly good stay. Our ocean view room was spacious and spotlessly clean and the beautifully designed bathroom is delightful! We enjoyed the spacious, furnished balcony too. Good choices of hot and cold food for breakfast, all fresh and cooked to order. An excellent choice.

Dolphin View / Marina Martinique

The initial reservation was for Dolphin View but upon arrival we were told that we were booked in a self-catering house a short distance away. This was not mentioned to us when the booking was made. We had wanted to stay at Dolphin View for the indoor swimming pool and were disappointed that we were not to be based there. Our booking also stated breakfast was included, which it then was not. Having said that, the house was lovely and clean and the hostess did offer us the one night at Dolphin View that she had available, and we were welcome to come and swim there. We would definitely book again. I would just recommend that it is stipulated on the website that if you're in the self-catering house, it is separate to the guest house.

Fabulous suite

Stayed in the suite which was gorgeous. Hostess was very welcoming and recommended restaurants. Excellent breakfast. Convenient place to stay between Port Elizabeth and Plettenberg Bay.
