The B&B is gorgeous! The staff is phenomenal not to mention a darn good cook! I've stayed here twice. Looking forward to future visits.

We stayed at The Pepin Mansion for two nights in the Culbertson suite. Brian, the innkeeper was a wealth of knowledge about local restaurants and history. He immediately made us feel welcome, and was very responsive to our needs. The mansion really transports you to another time, and everything from the deep soaking tub, to the old world furniture made us feel as if we were not only away from home but in another century. The breakfast was cooked with love and delicious! It is a sit down breakfast and it is recommended to be on time. No downsides, the only thing that I had to get used to was that there aren't individual thermostats in the suites. I like the temperature to be chilly. It was fine for the most part, but I did catch myself trying to figure out how to turn the temperature down a few times. Highly recommend staying at this historic B&B for a retreat from the typical hotel/resort style stay!

This is a truly perfect property and is exactly how it is described online and on the Mansion's website. As someone who visits Louisville often, however, I will not be staying here again. The Mansion is actually in New Albany, IN, which might look close on the map, but is actually an :18 drive away. The Mansion is lovely, but after a night out on the town, the last thing I would want to do is drive back to New Albany. That said, the Innkeepers, Mary and her husband, Brian, were lovely.

Beautiful, very comfortable, friendly and beautiful surroundings

Friendly, courteous staff who were attendant but not intrusive.

Beautiful, huge room in an amazing old mansion. The host included a nice tour and welcoming to the home and the breakfast was wonderful. We'll certainly stay here again and can't recommend it highly enough.

A lovely birthday getaway that made me feel as special as Cora, Lady Grantham (Downton Abbey).

Lovely historic mansion. Wonderful location. Delicious breakfast.

Innkeepers Brian and Mary were fabulous. Exceeded our expectations. Room was super comfortable, house absolutely lovely and the breakfast was outstanding. We loved it!

Beautiful property fun to stay in such a nice place. Walking distance from greenway trail along Ohio River. Room 2 that I stayed in has steps that go down to the BR, if you are a little unsteady on your feet you may have to be extra careful. Breakfast very nice, enjoyed speaking with the other guests. Got in late one night after working hard, very thirsty, was overjoyed to find cold beer waiting for me in the guest refrigerator, and a few chocolate chip cookies lurking around also.

The place is lovely staff very nice people and breakfast was awesome

Great place with an amazing breakfast. It’s a very beautiful Victorian style bed and breakfast. We truly enjoyed our stay. New Albany is also a great location. Lots of local food and close by to downtown Louisville.

Great room. Very comfortable bed. Great staff. Delicious breakfast and treats.

This is the most beautiful B&B I've ever stayed. The owners have pulled no stops in providing an elegant and comfortable atmosphere. The moment you step into the parlor, you feel as if you're being pampered. Great care has gone into this home to highlight its brilliance and southern charm with very tasteful furnishings and designs. The dining presentation is stunning. When it comes to breakfast, Pepin Mansion hits high marks, accommodating clients with dietary needs and providing a sumptuous, filling breakfast. The staff is very accommodating and attentive, and on hand for any needs. They're happy to assist with local restaurant choices and share information about activities and shopping in the area. And when we did experience one minor issue, they handled it quickly and sufficiently, exceeding our expectations. We will definitely book this space again.
