The property is gorgeous. I stayed in one of the apartments, which was huge and very clean. I was pleasantly surprised. Everything is a short, uber ride away. Employees were very attentive and professional. Excellent stay. The only thing to pay attention to is the name of the hotel. When you book on Orbitz, the hotel is called "the Apartments" but actually it's the Intercontinental Jeddah."The Apartments" is just one of the buildings in the complex. This was confusing to the taxi and cost us a lot of time. Other than that, the place is amazing so I'd still rate it 5 stars.

The place is old, we had problems water falling from the ceiling and the bath was flooded, and air condition when switched on some dirt and dust come out, had to change bed sheets twice. All though they responded always quickly.
