The room stunk of mold and smoke. The service was not great. I asked reception if they can call a taxi for us, because we had an early morning flight. The receptionist said they can't call Taxi. We have to go out on the street and look for Taxi.

I liked the size of the suite and the toiletries provided. Location was good close to many restaurants, malls and the airport. Did not like the overwhelming musty, cigarette smoke smell throughout the hotel and rooms, cleanliness was not bad but could be better

The staff, specially the bell boy was super helpful. He helped us get a taxi at 5am when there was no one around to help. He went out his way to do so. The room was super clean, however there was smoke involved which triggered an asthma attack. I would prefer if there was an smoke free option for next time but i will be staying here again

The staff at this hotel was super friendly. Muhammad, the receptionist, was friendly, courteous and helpful. The rest of the people working at the hotel were also very helpful and courteous. Definitely going to stay here again the next time im in Jeddah ❤️

Property is very outdated. Smelled sooo badly of DETOL. Me and my whole family have severe allergies and we were sick for the whole two days. Booked a two room suite and there was no towels or extra blankets or tissue boxes. There was one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and one bathroom with none. Bed was extremely old and uncomfortable. Carpet dirty and smelly.do not recommend
