The large, covered terrace is ideal for alfresco dining or escaping the midday sun. The villa is just a 5 minute drive away from El Arenal beach and a 15 minute drive to the amazing port or Old Town of Javea, which has something for everyone, making this a perfect choice of villa for all. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/ heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.

Located in the sought after Cap Marti area of Javea, villa Rosa Blanca is a detached property situated just a 5 minute drive from the beautiful El Arenal beach. El Arenal beach not only offers soft sand but an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops. From here why not take a stroll along to the port area, where you’ll find La Grava beach along with more excellent restaurants and cafes. Alternatively, La Barraca beach is only a short drive away. Our villa Monte is next door and villas Fresa Blanca and Verde are nearby.

Main pool: 8 x 4 mtr, 1 - 1.8 mtr depth.

Pool heating is not available during July and August.
