Villa Javea offers impressive views of the Montgo Mountain from the south-facing private pool and spacious terrace, along with light and airy interiors. This 3 bedroom villa is conveniently located in Javea and a 10 minutes' drive takes you to the vibrant Arenal Beach and promenade, where you can take a stroll to explore the local eateries and shops or witness the mesmerizing sunsets from the sandy beach. Pool heating, WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all bedrooms and lounge are included.

Villa Javea sits in an elevated position, with wonderful views of the Montgo Mountain. The popular resort of Javea and the golden sandy, Arenal Beach are a short drive away. Here, you'll also find the promenade and a good choice of shops, bars and restaurants. For some Spanish culture, Javea Old Town is a must see! There's cobbled streets and quaint shops and eateries, where you can experience a true taste of Spain. Our villa's Cabriel, Fresno, Elefante, Piver, Pomelo Blanco, Nogal, Olivo Blanco and Limones are close by.
