Old, simple country house "Forest", 2 storeys. In the district of Adsubia, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 3'000 m2, swimming pool (5 x 10 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. In the house: burglar alarm system. Bumpy, narrow motor access (300 m via unmade road). Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 4 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 4 km. Golf course (9 hole) 5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
4-room house 140 m2. Simple furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove, satellite TV and digital TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 french bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC and air conditioning. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Large kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), shower/WC. Terrace furniture.
