It is located on the ground floor and it's completely on one level, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a living area and a beautiful open kitchen with bar. The terrace is tastefully decorated with a nice lounge area and is partly covered, next to it is a private garden with its own entrance from the complex. The modern complex offers a communal swimming pool with children's section and outdoor showers. The apartment is located on a perfect location, ideal for people who want to leave their car parked because you walk to the sandy beach and the boulevard with shops, restaurants and bars.
