Holiday home with private pool in quiet area

Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay extra:

- Guarantee 300 € (will be refunded 1 week after departure)

+ electricity per consumption (the house has Solar-Panels)

The Space:
Marvious villa with sea-view of the roof terrace and private pool. A lovely house to spend beautiful holidays. Very good furnished.

The house has a spacious living-dining-room with american style kitchen (with air-condition), 3 bed-rooms (each with air-condition); to the 3rd bed-room they reach about one of the bed-rooms. This room has 1 single bed, 1 bath (with shower, bathtub, WC).

There is a second toilet outside at pool-level as well a outside shower is available.
A garage is available for the tenants.

Wonderful garden with many palm- and fruit-trees and flowers, also some grass. There are some different places to sit and to relax.
Aircondition in all rooms.
No internet.

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in a quiet residential area with single-family houses.

Getting Around:
Restaurants, a little supermarket and tenniscourts are in walking distance.
The nearest pebbly beach is Cala Portitxol about 3 km, a very idyllic and likely visited bay with a very good restaurant (with great views of the sea) with typical Valencian kitchen.
The Arenal sandy beach of Javea is about 5 km.

Other Things to Note:
Dog keeping not possible. Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).
