Perfect apartment for couple
Lovely apartment, very well equipped and great location just a short walk out of Arenal Beach area. Pool and gardens also very nice and very well maintained. Short walk to supermarkets - great place for a break.

Beautifull appartement with a well equipped kitchen. Everything was very clean. The bed is good and there is a nice bathroom.
The coach could be a bit nicer to sit on but that could be because it is a sofa bed

Very nice compact Apartment in quite an old but clean block
It would’ve been helpful for there to have been easy to follow instructions for the appliances rather than simply the manuals for each one , Particularly the cooker oven and microwave combined.

Petit appartement agréable, idéal pour un séjour en couple.
Appartement joliment décoré et parfaitement équipé.
Séjour très agréable.
Le lit un peu trop mou a notre gout.
Il faudrait un petit aspirateur pour faire le ménage rapidement et efficacement (plus pratique que le balai)

Perfect for two
We thought this apartment was smart, stylish, well equipped and comfortable. When we arrived it was immaculately clean and beautifully presented. It’s position in Javea is great for the Arenal and we frequently drove a little closer to the Port and walked the rest of the way along the rocky beach road. We loved having breakfast and lunch on the balcony and looking at the sea. We felt very safe and parking was easy (we appreciate it will be busier in the high season). To be honest though, you could easily park your car and not use it again if you wanted to. Matt and Jamie at Javea Holidays were very helpful and we will be booking again soon.
It would be great to have 2 beach towels or beach chairs to use by the pool or at the beach because the cost of luggage is so high on the flights now- especially if you’re having a short break. This was a minor issue though and we bought 2 sunbed cushions from a local China Bazaar for our stay- we worked out that it was cheaper per day than when we’d paid for sunbed hire on previous holidays abroad.
