PENTHOUSE FLOOR WITH 2 VERY SUNNY TERRACES. WASHING AND IRONING AREA. AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL ROOMS AND DINING ROOM. HEATING, WIFI, OPTIONAL CLEANING SERVICE. PRIVATE GARAGE WITH CAPACITY FOR ONE CAR. GARDENING SERVICE AND POOL CLEANING SEVERAL TIMES PER WEEK. GREEN AREA AT THE DOOR OF THE HOUSE WITH PARK.
