Heated private pool, private tennis court, play area (air hockey, table football and billiards) and private parking space. High-speed WiFi, TV and air conditioning. Within walking distance of the beach and nightlife but not in the middle of the crowds. The house has 2 floors with private entrance and kitchen, 2 living rooms, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, outdoor kitchen with bar and BBQ.
