Une remise de clés jamais vue!!!

Je déconseille fortement cette réservation. 2 jours avant notre arrivée, nous avons envoyé un message sur le site pour connaître la procédure d'arrivée, aucune réponse malgré quelques relance le jour de notre arrivée. Comme prévu nous arrivons à 16h a la location, et là, PERSONNE ! Ni nous ni Abritel n'avons pue les joindre, Abritel nous a donc réservé 3 nuits à l'hôtel. Et c'est à 19h30 qu'ils se sont réveillés. Nous étions déjà a l'hôtel a 30 minutes du gîte, et nous avons été récupéré les clés (a 4km du logement dans une agence) le mardi matin au lieu du samedi donc, en espérant trouver autre chose, en vain... Nous sommes donc arrivée dans une maison très bien située, avec une jolie piscine ou nous nous sentons très bien, et a l'abri des regards. Barbecue très apprécié également. Pour ce qui est de la maison, elle correspond aux photos... Équipements très sommaire (même pas un oreiller), en mettant de l'eau dans la bouilloire au fond rouillé, disjonction bref le top. Comme écrit dans l'annonce, pour le WiFi il faudra payer en plus (hors de question pour nous de oui laisser 1€ de plus). Je souhaite Bon courage aux futurs voyageurs, et je tenais à remercier Abritel pour la gestion du dossier.

La casa y la ubicación, al igual que su contenido se corresponde fielmente con lo anunciado (el menaje un poco justo). Una casa cómoda, bien situada y con lo necesario para estar cómodos, cómo de hecho ocurrió. Solamente destacar que la entrega de llaves y firma del contrato se realizó en lugar distintoa la vivienda y se me pidió una fianza sin estar en la casa y poder comprobar "in situ" su estado y el resto de objetos e inventario en el momento de la firma, A la salida y entrega de llaves exactamente igual, nadie comprobó el estado en que yo dejé la vivienda. Esto podría tener consecuencias si desde que yo abandono la vivienda hasta que algún responsable (agente , propietario) pasa a hacer las oportunas comprobaciones, una tercera persona con malas intenciones entrara en la casa y produjera algún daño8 Okupas, ladrones, etc.). Si el objetivo de la fianza es cubrir eventuales desperfectos en la vivienda alquilada provocados por los inquilinos lo normal es que el responsable de la vivienda y el inquilino estén presentes y al mismo tiempo en la entrega de llaves y vivienda. Por descontado que la casa quedó en perfecto estado, tal como se me entregó, pero sería oportuno que una persona acompañara a los inquilinos para la comprobación del contrato que se firma. En cualquier caso hemos pasado unos días tranquilos muy agradables y sin ruidos.
