Valletta is an elegant castle located in the heart of Poitou, between Châtellerault and Poitiers, close to the Futuroscope.
This house dating from the seventeenth century was restored and enlarged during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.
The assets of Valletta are many for those who wish to rest in a harmonious setting and enjoy the wealth of Poitou in a family home combining tradition and comfort.
The house is located in the heart of a park of 10 hectares composed of wood and flower garden. A small river runs along the edge of the property.
With a living space of 500m², the house is spread over 3 levels and can accommodate up to 16 people (ideally 12 adults maximum).

Inside, we find all the facilities of a main residence: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, 6 gas burners, kettle, toaster, flat screen TV, DVD, WIRELESS.
The house is also equipped with complete equipment to enjoy the outside: garden furniture, tables and chairs for meals, charcoal barbecue, deckchairs.

For children this is a dream place with a trampoline, a swing, a wooden cabin, an inflatable castle and a ping pong table.

Athletes are not left with a tennis quick and bicycles available (including 2 with baby seat).

A room with a single bed and its bathroom (sink and shower) is on the ground floor and has its own entrance.
