Small boutique hotel. On third floor of Columbia Icefields Discovery Centre. No pool or fitness centre but right at the ice field and tours leave from same location Restaurants on second floor of facility. Expensive but you are paying for location. This was a beautiful property at a good midway point of the Icefields Parkway. The lobby and patio view of the glacier is obviously the star of the hotel and it did not disappoint. We had a small issue with our room upon check in and Vanessa went above and beyond to resolve it making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We did the glacier tour the next morning after a fantastic breakfast at the restaurant. It was so quick and easy to have everything in one location. After the tour we picked up lunch in the cafe and hit the Parkway again do the second half. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and hope we have to the chance to stay here again one day.
