O apto estava limpo, a cozinha tem o básico para cozinhar, a banheira de hidro não estava funcionando a hidro. O problema maior foi que os vizinhos fizeram bastante barulho de madrugada. No geral, recomendo!

O local é bem localizado, central (mesmo sendo bem próximo de um rio). A limpeza estava ok, mas o flat em si precisa de bastante reparos e manutenção. O que mais incomodou foi que apesar de ter placas por todo o prédio inclusive dentro do flat, o isolamento acústico não é dos melhores, e com a mudança frequente de hóspedes, infelizmente o local se torna barulhento. Academia também é ok.

A experiencia foi boa desde o começo, desde a reserva, o contato com a equipe que administra o apartamento. Entrar no apartamento foi super tranquilo. O apartamento é bem espaçoso, tem cozinha equipada com pratos, talheres, copos, panelas etc. A decoração precisa de uma renovação, o papel de parede em vários pontos está rasgado, solto. Mas isso não atrapalhou em nada minha estadia, só uma questão estética mesmo. O sofá cama é na medida do possível confortável, é bem grande. Tinha disponível todo o enxoval de cama e banho. O chuveiro tem ótima pressão de água, muito bom. A banheira é bem grande.
