Great setting for tranquility and relaxation

Food is the only downside, as you are fairly isolated you have to eat in the hotel restaurant and the choices were limited to three main entrees when we were there.

nice hotel and awesome spa

we enjoyed our stay very much. personnel was very nice. the hotel was full of very old people, we were a little surprised. food was good (not as fancy as we expected for the price). the garden spa was great (but not included in the room price, so it got expensive).

Tengo dos niños uno de 6años y otro de 9 meses. A pesar de los días que estamos pasando debido a la cuarentena por el corona virus, el balneario no quizo cancelar la reserva sin coste. Que falta de solidaridad! totalmente decepcionante la reacción del balneario. Lo siento mucho porque he ido otras veces con el niño mayor pero no volveré a repetir.

LA DECADENCIA

Terrible relación calidad/precio. Hemos estado en hostales con condiciones infinitamente mejores. Colchas viejas, muebles rotos y desgastados, un olor insoportable a ambientador de baño de gasolinera lo suficientemente intenso como para ocultar el de una familia de mapaches muertos debajo de la cama... ¡200 Euros y el mueble bar vacío! Además del dineral que nos costó, nos hicieron pagar el gorrito de la piscina. Un atraco... Un mal trago, casi tanto como el del zumo de naranja en polvo del desayuno (¡¡¡!!!). Para olvidar.

Un bonito entorno natural

El desayuno que reservamos con la habitación estuvo muy bien, pero la oferta para las comidas o cenas fuera del restaurante formal del hotel dejaba bastante que desear. En cuanto al trato recibido puedo decir que habia algunos profesionales encantadores pero otros muchos fueron muuuyyy bordes ante cualquier consulta que les hicieras. Sobre la limpieza, he de decir que tuvimos que esperar hasta las 16h para entrar en la habitación y para nuestra sorpresa el suelo estaba lleno de pelusas y pisadas...entiendo que tienen muchas habitaciones y que salen unos y entramos otros pero después de esperar desde las 12 hasta las 16h mis expectativas eran un poco mas altas.

Bien ubicado para senderismo, spa decepcionante

El spa de la piscina, en cuanto a la cantidad de chorros inyectores, está dotado con muy pocos, para la cantidad de gente admitida (a pesar de limitar el tiempo de estancia a dos horas por la mañana, único tiempo en que está abierto, y a sólo una hora por la tarde, aunque está abierto mas tiempo) y encima son malos y de uniforme altura de inyección, con lo que no se pueden escoger algunos para masajear las piernas; En cuanto a los jacuzzy fríos con el aire que se introduce, dado que la temperatura del agua, en invierno al menos, es bastante baja, aunque testimonialmente, en la entrada, introducen unos chorritos de agua caliente. Además el agua está parcialmente clorada y el ambiente de la zona cubierta estaba frío fuera del agua. Par ir a una sauna, pagamos un circuito termal, 39 €/persona, que era muy malo. Para los que estamos acostumbrados a ir mensualmente a un spa, con la pareja, fue decepcionante, pues mejor que esto, tratamiento térmico incluido, lo conseguimos por 21€ la pareja. Si vas sólo a tomar las aguas y no has ido a otro spa no balneario, pue bien. No vale el conjunto del hotel el precio que cobran.

Spa un poco engaño' solo piscina. Lo demas de pago. Debe informarse mejor en propaganda hotel. Si tienes habitacion con extra spa deberia ser todo excepto masajes

El entorno con el río Mesa y las hoces es bonito

El hotel es grande y goza de muy buena climatización, tanto en las habitaciones como en los pasillos. El entorno es muy bonito con mucha vegetación y el río Mesa. La comida está bien, aunque la cena estuvo mejor que la comida. Si lo reserváis, mandar un email para que os confirmen que tenéis incluido el acceso a la cueva termal. Por lo general te suelen decir que sí, pero si no lo preguntas, te lo cobrarán allí como un servicio independiente. Menos mal que llevaba un mail de la confirmación y no tuve que pagarlo
