Sea facing house, very ventilated, in two planes, with 2m stone wall that is at floor level of the large balcony (giving you total privacy and security), 7 hammocks, domino table, sun beds, deck chair swing etc. Living room with pre-molded sofa, cable TV, dvd player, and stereo. Dining room, granite table with chairs for 10 people .Three bedrooms, all facing the sea, with air conditioning: 1q. double bed and with triliche, the 2ndq. double bed and bunk bed and a suite with television, double and single bed, social bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and pantry to store groceries. Leisure area with swing, tables, chairs, hammock, barbecue with table and mini bar, shower, etc. Service area and maid's dependence. Has caretaker for the care of external cleaning of the house. Offers bed and bath linen.
The house is extraordinary by the sea with ample parking (6 cars) with a privileged view and wooded play area .

Ótima casa em Japaratinga.

Casa grande e bem equipada na ótima praia de Japaratinga. O proprietário foi sempre atencioso e prestativo e o caseiro, seu Zequinha, sempre disponível para nos ajudar. Recomendo e voltaria de novo.

Só gratidão pela oportunidade que tivemos de alugar essa casa maravilhosa. Começando pela adorável receptividade de Leonardo, o proprietário desse pedacinho de paraíso. Muito educado, nos mostrou todos os cômodos da casa nos mínimos detalhes. A casa é maravilhosa, aconchegante, segura e tinha tudo que poderíamos precisar à nossa disposição. A única coisa ruim foi o dia da volta! Mas, já estamos nos programando para voltarmos. Amamos tudo naquele lugar. Recomendo!

A casa é ótima, muito bem localizada, equipada, com uma área de terraço, jardim e churrasqueira bem grande. Os anfitriões são muito simpáticos e prestativos, dispostos a ajudar sempre que necessário. A praia em frente à casa também é sensacional. Recomendo bastante.

Vista excelente, mas alguns problemas hidráulicos

A casa é bem aconchegante , com uma vista excelente. Recebemos ela bem organizada, mas deixou a desejar na limpeza, principalmente dos banheiros, cujos boxes estavam com cheiro forte de urina e ralos entupidos. Além disso, como os chuveiros elétricos esquentavam demais, tivemos que tomar banho com água fria. Para adulto isso não é grande problema , mas para criança sim. E no chuveiro do corredor, a água é fraca. No mais, seu Zequinha é bem prestativo. A proprietária do imóvel também. A estadia foi agradável, só com esses pontos a melhorar.

Pedacinho do paraíso

A casa da Dra Elisabeth é um verdadeiro lar conta com tudo que é necessário para uma temporada perfeita na praia. Os pontos altos são à vista pro mar, as redes para descansar e a área da churrasqueira. De ponto negativo tem-se a sugestão de troca dos chuveiros da casa. Cabe elogiar, também, o profissionalismo do caseiro, Seu Zequinha, muito atencioso e prestativo, além de ter indicado a sua irmã, Regina, para prestação de serviços de cozinha e limpeza, sendo seus serviços extraordinários ( os pratos elaborados foram dignos de cozinha profissional). Super indicado o espaço da Dra Elisabeth!
