From the living room you have a wide, panoramic view of the Spanish Water, Table Mountain and the Brakkeput district. This Dream Villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are located upstairs and 2 downstairs in the villa. There are 3 bathrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) with shower, sink and toilet and there is 1 separate toilet upstairs. There are 2 fully equipped kitchens, the upstairs kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave/grill (no oven), there is a Senseo coffee maker and a filter coffee maker. There is a lovely terrace around the house with the swimming pool and a few sunbeds. There are plenty of places in the sun and in the shade to enjoy a wonderful holiday.

Just a 5-minute drive from the Dream Villa you will find the popular Jan Thiel Bay, a hotspot for sun worshipers and adventurers. Relax on the beach, explore the many water sports activities, or browse the boutiques and eateries. For even more fun, Mambo Beach is only a 10-minute drive away.
