Indulge in luxury and tranquility at Penthouse La Royal, a stunning 130 m² penthouse that is part of a tropical mini-resort in Vista Royal's luxury villa district. With a luxurious open kitchen, fresh and modern living room, and three double rooms, this penthouse can accommodate up to 6 people. The spacious master bedroom has a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with its own toilet, and the other two bedrooms share a second large bathroom with a double sink, rain shower in the open air and a separate toilet.
Enjoy stunning views of the Spanish water from both the front and back of the penthouse, with spacious terraces that provide ample space for outdoor dining and lounging. The resort offers sufficient privacy for each accommodation and is also suitable for larger groups when rented in combination with the two underlying apartments.
The large magna swimming pool, tropical garden, sun terrace, and two large palapas are shared by all guests. The garden and swimming pool are accessible via a staircase from the terrace. The resort also has an automatic entrance gate with an alarm system, and there is enough space for parking 6-8 cars on the private parking lot.
