A week in Curacao

Property was very nice and clean with beautiful views of the Spanish Waters harbor area. The full wall of the unit was sliding glass patio doors that opened to create a true "open air" environment. Kitchen was well furnished for the meals we cooked, with the exception of 2 missing forks. We had plates, spoons knives and bowls for 6, but only 4 forks. The dishwasher was also not functioning upon arrival and the ladies were disappointed to not find the hair dryer that was listed in the provided amenities. Both of these items were quickly resolved by site management. The dishwasher was repaired by 2 quick handy-man visits and the hair dryer was delivered the next day. Good, responsive service to our needs. Be aware this location is on the far south side of Curacao. There are a few very nice resorts, shopping areas and beaches nearby, but Williamsted is about a 20 minute drive and the major beaches are about an hours drive to the northwest tip of the island. A car is an absolute necessity as recommended in the rental information. The pool on site is beautiful and well maintained and the small man-made sandy beach at La Maya was a nice touch.

Cool place. 8A parking is a little tough sometimes. Small lot. Great view and the pool was nice enough. Well maintained. Must have rental car. Absolutely no choice from here. Easy check in and timely messaging. Asked about WiFi one time and seemed to be fixed shortly thereafter. Pretty decent eats right in the area but still must have car!!

Amazing very quite location

If you’re looking for something quiet very close to the beach without the extraordinary high prices of the beach this place is your perfect location it is a very small quaint little seaside or waterfront resort water not Swimmable with a very quiet pool with a handful of Tiki Huts around in the pool I can’t believe how quiet it was! The two bedroom condo I rented was extremely clean plenty of parking I’ve been traveling to the Curaçao for 13 years and found another great property! I myself and my host on VRBO of 7 properties They do an excellent job Noom! The only thing that I would caution which is not that big of a deal is to make sure you know exactly which unit you’re getting within the small resort if it’s upstairs or downstairs! In the beginning of the booking process the communication really was not there but picked up pace as we got closer to the check-in. Not sure to be expected but something to be aware of what I recommend this property absolutely the price point good absolutely cleanliness absolutely location absolutely just asked lots of questions and get lots of answers if you’re looking for and Noom property management will deliver!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, jedoch kein Luxussegment

Der Preis und die Bilder lassen bei Buchung eine Erwartung entstehen, die in der Realität nicht gehalten werden kann. Das Objekt wurde vor über 10 Jahren schön entworfen, ist jedoch bereits deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Lage, Ambiente und Gastgeber sind sehr angenehm. Achtung: Ein Mietwagen ist unbedingt erforderlich. Die Reinigung und Sauberkeit der Wohneinheit ist verbesserungswürdig (u.a. Haare der vorherigen Gäste auf dem Boden, Schimmel in der Dusche). Die Fenster weisen einen Konstruktionsfehler auf, der Mücken freien Eingang gewährt. Das ist ärgerlich, wurde von zahlreichen Gästen bereits moniert und leider bis heute nicht behoben. Das Wlan war eher schwach, mit großen täglichen Schwankungen. Das Verwaltungsteam war dagegen gut erreichbar, ansprechbar und hilfsbereit. Grundsätzlich eine sehr schöne Anlage, leider passt jedoch das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht.
