You`ll love the leafy, quiet location & proximity to everything Jan Juc has on offer; a short walk to Swell cafe, the pub, parks and reserves & a 5 minute stroll to beach access & the cliff top walk that takes you to Bell`s Beach and beyond. A modern home with the addition extra toys & books to keep the kids entertained!
This single story home is perfect for the family, newly renovated with all the creature comforts you would expect in a modern home:
- 3 x queen bedrooms, one with ensuite
- 1 x kids single with extra king single
- 1 x family bathroom
- open plan living, dining and kitchen
- large deck with BBQ
- laundry with washer and dryer
All linen & towels are provided & included in the clean fee.
