Please note: this is a truly old and rustic home built in the early 1900s. Insulation is minimal and heat is provided by propane and electric heaters. It`s cozy but definitely not modern! It’s located at the end of a private road, near a barn and a few small cabins. Perfect for families (4+) seeking an authentic nature escape.
The cabin is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a dryer, a coffee maker, and a desk.

The host was fantastic and extremely responsive and quick. The hot tub was great and had beautiful views. We enjoyed watching the horses. The cabin is old and the floor is soft in front of the doors that you walk in and the kitchen, so you have to be careful. It has a very odd smell, probably most of which is due to the propane heaters and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable and squeaky. There is a couch and a loveseat. My husband sat on the loveseat first and said it was stinky…it was cat pee or where a cat had sprayed (very distinct smell). We did still enjoy ourselves very much. Just know what you’re getting into. It was private and secluded and a great weekend away to unwind. Make sure you take screenshot of directions on how to get into the house and such before you get there as there is no cell service.
