This is a newly updated 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage only 2 miles from Jamestown Marina. Coastie Cottage has everything inside needed to cook your daily catch or throw some burgers on the grill. It also has a new 7 person hot tub and covered patio gazebo seating are to enjoy family time. There is a new fire pit seating area. The driveway has a lot of room for your water toys to park also an outdoor plug to charge your batteries. The neighborhood has views of Jamestown Marina and State Dock. This is a great location as there is two boat ramps within two miles. Lilly Creek boat ramp is less than a mile away.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
