Beautiful home! Hosts were very responsive to any/all questions. Comfortable accomodations and plenty of space for extended family to come together. The outside space absolutely gorgeous - wish it wasnt so cold and we couldve enjoyed it more! Would definitely return if ever looking to stay in that area again.

Our stay was great! We enjoyed the fireplaces and the beautiful weather and nature surrounding the cabin. The leaves were changing so that was a great view all around! The home is cozy and plenty to do for kids and adults. Host was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Definitely will be planning to stay in the future!

Lovely house way up the mountain, clean and spacious. Not as handicapped friendly outside as the pictures made it seem, as there are a flight of steps or a steeper path to get from the parking area to the front porch that were very difficult for my 89 year old mother to navigate. But other than that little blip, the house was great for our family.

The property was beautiful and well maintained. Kitchen was fully stocked for all our cooking/grilling needs. A short drive to the boat launch. The arcade games, shuffleboard, and foosball were a big hit! Would definitely stay again!

House was in a great location, near to pretty much everything. Well appointed, had everything you needed and then some. The outdoor space is where we lived, it was amazing!!! Had a wonderful stay. The rooms are really nice, kitchen is well stocked, and the basement game area was a blast. The outdoor fire pit was the highlight making for enjoyable long lasting memories. Highly recommend, I look forward to coming back again!

This is a nice property if you're looking for a roomy place that's in the woods and a bit isolated. We really enjoyed the game room. The house was clean and there's a nice outdoor fire place area.

Fun place to stay!

Great place! Clean, almost everything was provided in the house including sheets and towels. Game room in the basement was an extra plus. The kids had a blast! Outside fireplace was awesome. Even though it was cold outside, the fireplace made it very comfortable Loved Raystown Roost! Easy checkin and check out. Host was readily available if needed.

Spacious and great proximity to Raystown Lake

This house was as spacious as advertised. Many hang-out areas to accommodate everyone on a rainy day. The picture of the front of the house does not adequately showcase the large windows in the back!

Great stay @ this spacious mountain top home. Appreciated the pull thru driveway. Very gracious with supplies, kitchen well equipped, beds extremely comfortable. Enjoyed games and toys with our little one and outdoor living area was an amazing place to unwind after exploring the area.

Spacious and secluded!

Our hosts were kind and accommodating, and the cabin was even better than expected! Our family had a wonderful time and even with 12 adults there was more than enough room! All of the amenities were excellent, we're planning to make this our new yearly retreat option!

This was our second visit here and we will definitely be back! The house is comfortable and clean and everyone can have their own space. The amenities are plentiful, including the games, videos and kitchen. We had one small problem and the owner was quick to respond to answer our question. The area is quiet and friendly.

Raystown Roost

Stayed here for family vacation. Excellent cabin, better than advertised. Kids enjoyed game room and watching movies. Adults loved the outdoor fireplace and seating. Not much of a view in the summer (I'm sure when the leaves fall you can see the mountain) but very peaceful and quiet outdoors. Beds very comfortable and the kids loved the bunk bedroom. Would be nice to have some storage space for food since the main cabinet is locked. Ride up the mountain was a tad scary but obviously can't be helped- just keep that in mind with people unfamiliar with mountain driving or pulling trailer/boat. Overall fantastic stay!

Family Time Fun & Games
