This farmhouse/ski house has 4 bedrooms including 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 1 bunk bed good for 2 adults or 2 kids, there's plenty of space for everyone to unwind. The 2 bathrooms feature one with a jetted bathtub and the other on the first floor with a heated tile floor and large shower with a bench and grab bars. This is usually the main downstairs bathroom, but with a door closed can be private to the Guest Suite which is a Queen bedroom with a door connected to the living room with a fireplace. The house is perfect for two families in this configuration because the family room which is open to the kitchen is a huge public space. The house essentially has two living rooms downstairs and that’s not including the screened in porch, a huge space larger than most tiny houses. There are additional sleeping spaces with sofas in the family room and living room for unexpected guests to crash. Summer guests can squeeze a few more on the porch if they need to, but we recommend 8 guests max for ultimate comfort.
