A really good hotel in the area, probably the best around Phagwara. It has all the facilities for a four star with nice clean bedrooms, gym and swimming pool. The grounds are very pleasant. The restaurant was really good with a very comfortable layout and seating. The food choice and taste was impressive and the staff serving were the ‘icing on the cake’. We were served by Tanasha and she was excellent and really helpful. She went out of her way to assist.

Ideally located between Jallandhar and Phagwara for those who enjoy shopping. There's a mall nearby with modern shops, takeaways, restaurants, and a bar. The infamous Havelli and Lucky Dhaba's are a 10 mins drive away as well. Staff were great and assisted with issues very quickly. Restaurant had great service as well.

Hot water would not work, the paint from the walls has worn off. They have patched the bathroom door wall tiles with random color tiles and looks like a circus. Not a 5 star experience as it should be

Poor customer service, booked for two people but upon check out front desk forced us to pay INR 2000 for extra person. When confronted about charges front desk say I booked for one person but when we both entered in hotel they should have told us at that time. Really very embarrassing situation
