DON'T STAY HERE

Staff were unfriendly in regards to sending up 2 extra pillows, wanted to charge me for that. They would not provide a bowl or spoon from the kitchen. I wanted no food after kitchen was closed just a bowl for some soup and a spoon, they told me no. The bed was too hard and pillows were not filled enough. Noise from street and mosque 🕌 way too loud. Don't stay here.

Loud noise and hard beds with bugs in room.

The room was too close to the road and mosque. I could hear chanting all day long and speeding motorcycles all night. Also the bed was very hard and ants and buzzing bugs were in or around the bed all night. Not sure if bed bugs or ants but felt them on my neck. I asked to move rooms due to these issues and they never apologized or upgraded my room even k ow I am a gold Member.

I can see monas from the room which is nice. But, the room condition was average. Bit smelly and i need to request for room spray. Toilet was dirty.

Very good location, great service, good breakfast, very clean, the only thing you need to know the rooms are very small and the beds are hard a bit but I does not matter to me.

The room is hot and dirty.. I called the enginering but it wasn't help at all. The aircon still hot. The remote TV also broken until they need to change it.

good choice

Staff was very helpful to accommodate my request to switch the room. At the beginning I had a small room with a blurred window opens to the hotel inside hall. Hotel staff was very friendly in assisting to look for a better room. Facilities were decent, clean and practical. Only, the twin bed is small, even for myself 160 cm, and the mattress is quite hard. Maybe because it is a new one, because the other bed in the room is the same. Location of the hotel is very strategic, close to train station, cultural festival TIM and restaurants, 24hrs indomaret all next door. All in all, it was a good choice and will not hesitate to stay here again.

Comfortable and clean

The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good and hotel staffs are polite. Amenities a bit insufficient, for example they don't provide tissue paper. Other than that I will still recommend this hotel to others!

Could Do Better

This is a relatively new hotel which is already looking dated because of lack of maintenance and poor building quality. The washbasin almost came off the wall when I operated the drain plug lever. Walls scuffed and marked already. Breakfast was terrible compared to, say, the Sofyan Betawi just around the corner. So, a new, budget hotel trying to be trendy, but failing, in my view, anyway.

Fantastic, clean rooms and near Raga Studio.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Room is basic, clean and comfortable. Walking distance to Raga Studio, where they have all kinds of group exercise classes from Yoga, Pilates, Zumba and etc. Very near to Plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia. Well worth the money.

Excellent Value for Money!

I have stayed at Whiz Hotel many times cine it opened in January 2014. It is still. new and the staff are great, especially Ikka, who works at the desk. It is in a bustling neighbourhood, but s not too noisy within. The breakfast is Indonesian and very well done. T^He location for me is superb, with a small mall with many good restaurants right adjacent.

Great service. Decent hotel. The showers don't really work well because the water temperature isn't stable and kept alternating between scalding hot and freezing cold. But if you can get over that, it was a great stay
