I have spent Xmas at this hotel and I believe they deserve an 'excellent rating', because: This hotel knows how to meet and greet. They know how to correct errors and faults, with a smile and kindness. The facilities are enjoyable and the service is professional. The rooms were clean and I have enjoyed the lower levels as well as the higher levels. Food was delicious Indonesian food and their freshly pressed Apple Juice is a highlight! Breakfast displays a delicious variety and there is something for everyone. I believe that I can recommend this hotel to family and friends, no questions asked.

I stayed at Media Hotel & Tower with my wife for a night. We were aware that the hotel is not very new, but were thinking they'd still maintain a high standards. You can really feel the former luxury of the hotel, but sadly it faded away as the years passed by. You have to take an elevator in the spacious and impressive lobby, as the check in is on the upper level. Our room was on the 17th floor. The room was really spacious, felt like a suite. There was one living room and the bedroom. The bathroom was spacious too and having a bathtub and a shower. However, the ambience & the decorations of the room are like 70's style. Which is ok, but unfortunately a lot of things were broken, like the TV screen was not working properly and the AC control was damaged. The breakfast was quite good, everything as expected. A lot of cold and warm dishes to choose from. The hotel's located in mangga besar, which is like 30 mins (depending on traffic) from the center of Jakarta. A Uber or grab taxi could take u there for around 40.000 IDR

We already know the hotel about 12 year ago. And its all almost at the same style and atmosphere. Enjoy the breakfast with good taste and the room also clean and service good. Hotel have to be add new tv cable because the screen was not at full screen.

I have been staying here for many times, good hotel with good price. It was Sheraton hotel, no wonder they have five star hotel standard facilities. Close to ITC Manggadua, Manggadua Mall for shooping, and Ancol for leisure

Stay at suite room, the room was clean and they using a remote panel beside your bed for every lamp in the room, alarm, the do not disturb sign and AC. it make you easier to control the light inside without searching for the switch button... they consider the re-use of your towel. when you hang it on the bar, they won't change it... i don't really enjoy my breakfast time, it's crowded but maybe because of they welcoming a group for that day...

moldy faucets/bidets slimy stains in minibar stains on bed linen and pillow covers foul smelling corridor and many more spoke to the staff and i they just don't have anything better to offer. guess what, just shut down the hotel!

Clean rooms and nice swimming pool and very kind staff. Also, there is gym and spa for relaxing I recommend to visit and see. You can come with your family and friends and have fun, it's near to manga dua square so you can find everything you need.

Find this hotel through the online booking, based on the great room picture (turn out it was the presidential suite)... i booked 2 rooms. MY experience start with the c in process, the registration card was so unprofessional ( if u claimed your hotel as a 4 stars hotel) also the the room key envelope Entering the rooms were like traveling back to the 90's the room were oldies, the bed skirting were dirty, the lighting in the room were poor. The in room dining even worse, the taste, the presentation.. not worth the money.. this hotel only provide 2 small 330ml mineral water in the room no tea bag provided ( i have to call HK). This hotel need desperate renovation

Stayed in Room 806 for 3 nights from 29 Dec 2016 to 1 Jan 2017. Comes with big group of over 180 paxs. Pros : 1) Buffet breakfast is really good and delicious, there's a lot of variety to choose from. Staff at Breeze Cafe is friendly and helpful. 2) Room is spacious with 2 single beds. Cons : 1) Aircond is hot! We called a maintainance on our 1st night stay and he fixed it. But it is still not cold on our 2nd and 3rd night of stay ( which we don't bother to call again for repair). 2) There's cigarettes butt on the floor at the corner on our arrival day and it still there on our departure day. 3) We stayed 3 person and add 1 extra bed but towel given only 2 and no blanket for the extra bed. 4) Everyday Housekeeping clean our room but we need to request for soap, shampoo etc every time we enter our room late evening. Why not refill it when cleaning our room? 5) We request for adaptor at night and only get it the next night after request it again. 6) Had our grand dinner on new year eve and one of the meal in buffet line is with red wine when majority of our group is muslim. The seating arrangement is also off as many of our group member do not have seat and have to wait. One of our group member also got into fight with the staff / manager about seating arrangement on the other side.
