AC works very well, the single bed is comfortable, clean and enough firmness. Breakfast is good. Elevator is slow but works. Wifi at the third floor is on and off, weak signal. Safety deposit box in the room was not working: probably battery was dead, I did not use it though, I am sure the staff will replace it if I let them know. Location is great: close to the old city and Chinatown, busway station; on the main road, so it is easy to get taxi or any public transportation. Quite safe and quiet neighborhood. There was a security guard in front. In conclusion, this hotel is not for everyone, but definitely you got for what you paid for. More for single or two travellers or backpackers.
