Love to be back to Novotel. Got new renovated room, with my full benefit as platinum member. Got nice welcome from weni, nice person as usual. Meet some staff also, Mira, Barnabi and edelyne. Can not wait the new lounge since it great place to chill out

It’s been already our 3rd stay since we discovered this Novotel. We come to Jakarta once a year and we have never seen anything better than Novotel. The staff as well as the Management are very nuanced and taking people’s cases very individually. I was helped by them so many times already. We always come with our 2 small children/ now 6&4/ who always need this or that. We were offered great facilities for being faithful to the hotel and I truly appreciate that great approach. We sleep like babies here on the 9th floor- the beds are fantastic and so is the new breakfast area. Sooooo much choice now and so delicious. My children have so much fun by the kids’ pool that they just want to spend all their time here, while I can work/ great internet speed even by the pool!/. I wanted to thank you Ega & Ari from the front desk who arranged a great bed for my children this time! I will never go to ANY OTHER hotel in Jakarta! That’s MORE than sure! Thank you guys! Agnes

This hotel is located in the Mannga dua square easy access to popular shopping malls in the area. Lot of Restaurants, cafes are closely located. Staff is friendly and professional. Food is exceptional Great choice of food in an international standard. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Bed is comfortable.Value for money

Stayed for 3 nights . nice property , convenient location . front off staff Mr calvein very helpfull and others also. executive room very worn out . bad smell of drainage on 7th flr. shifted to 6th floor smooking area . refurbished room but quality of work substandard for novotel type property. good breakfast. special thanks to chef isep for preparing satay for dinner. staff afiat and elin very helpfull and entire team. cant mention all names. overall nice experience

A good stay taking all things into consideration. Good spread of food during lunch and dinner and ample spaces to sit. Outdoor area is spacious to chill alfresco and the pool is excellent for those who likes to do laps. Just that the hotel is quite old but overall quite well maintained

Excellent Room and a good stay.Breakfast spread was good.My room was on the 5th floor and I checked in late night..I got out of the lift and it was completely dark and I did nt know which way to go.Apart from this excellent rooms with all amenities.

all average rooms,service and property,it was nothing great no shopping area nearby only people travelling for business is ok ,breakfast was also poor dont expect much more of non veg also not much choices .

Dear All Thank you very much for making us feel very comfortable at Novotel Mangga Dua Square Hotel especially Ibu Stephanie even she is on medical leave she still communicate with me via WhatsApp and assist me with my booking. Special thanks to Ibu Wina for assisting our check in super smooth. Only setback was the aircond was leaking from the ceiling and the carpet is wet due to the leak.

The renovated room is great and customer service is one of the best I have ever stayed at Accor Hotels, especially Mr Barnabi at reception, who has taken his initiative to find an suite upgrade for me, as platinum member, although many suites in the hotels were either under renovation or taken up by other guests.

Sharing our latest experiences, first time staying at this hotel, all things went horrible since we first enter this hotel Actually check in process was okay, we book Junior Suite with Full Benefits on premium floor, room with 62sqm size, separate living room with comfort sofa as i saw in accor app Check in staff, told me we get the priority, she gave us a renovated room Then this unforgettable horrible things happened Imagine, me, wife and three little kids, carrying our luggage, no one helps us, there's concierge staffs standing doing nothing, ??? Exit the elevator, zonk, we have to walk about 300m through long hot corridor, carrying luggage and kids ??? Zonk that priority suites located at the end of the corridor ??? Zonk, where's is that 62sqm room with separate living room i saw in the app?? It's only 32sqm with sofa, and work desk, there's no living room, are you serious that this is the suite i booked? Are you cheating in room type??? Enter the room, so hot, the aircon already turned on, even before we check in Probably ??? We call the FO, she said, just leave the aircon on, and wait a few moment ??? Feeling thirsty, i grab a bottle of soft drink from that chiller box, zonk, that soft drink not chilled at all, more like warm So we go down, to the bar, having our welcome drink, an hour latter we go back to our room, zonk, open the door, room still, totally hot!!! We call again, asking someone to check, 15 minutes, nobody showed up, we call again, 10 minutes, nobody come, so we call again, and again, it's the 5th call, finally someone come They check the aircon, but seems they're not sure with it, so we call the FO, to replace our room, ok Irfan says, room will be prepared Okay, we wait, at 6.30pm we go to the bar to have our cocktail time, an hour later we asked mr fauzi premier lounge staff to check whether my room is ready, so he talk to mr victor on the phone, just for me to hear room will be ready in another hour, what??? Are serious?? We book premier room here and you abandoned us?? Are you really forcing us to have that hot and small room? So we go to our hot and small room #9228 Wait for another hour, go to the bathroom want to take shower, just only to know, the water very dirty, yellow, how do we take a bath??? SO I HAD ENOUGH, PLAYING PATIENCE!! I GO TO THE LOBBY, ASKING TO TALK TO THE MANAGER, AFTER COMPLAINING WITHOUT ANY TOLERANCE AGAIN, I ASKED THE ROOM READY NOW, THEY GIVE ME ANOTHER ROOM, THIS NOT RENOVATED YET, BUT BIGGER, MORE LIKE I SAW IN THE APP SO WE HAVE OUR COMFORT ROOM AFTER WAITING 6 HOURS!!! WE WASTED OUR TIME, COMPLAINING WITHOUT ANY GOOD ATTENTION FROM THE STAFFS DON'T FEEL WELCOME AS A PRIORITY ACCOR MEMBER HERE!! JUST A LIP SERVICE!! WHAT WE CAN DO AT 9.30PM WITH KIDS?! YOU'RE ALL RUINED OUR HOLIDAY, THAT WE PAID FOR!! ALL WE CAN DO IS RESTING, FORGETTING THIS WHOLE HORRIBLE TRAGEDY In the morning, we have our breakfast, food spreads generously, taste bit above average, nothing close to 4 stars taste, halloo?? Kids swimming, ok thanks to mr victor, for a late check out, Lazy times with kids in our room, cause there's nothing you can do here with kids, kids club, just a small room with barely few toys, broken toys?? Really, it's a kids club? Ever check mercure ancol kids club? At 3pm i go to the lobby, checkout process, again, wasting time, unorganized, wrong billing amount, so not well organized, check out process takes about 25 minutes,??!!!! Asking concierge to carry our luggage, he was very stupid, keep whistling to my kids?? You think my kids is a bird?? Halloo Novotel, me booking Junior Suite with full benefits on premium floor, accorr member THE EXPERIENCE REALLY REALLY EXHAUSTING AND HORRIBLE WASTED OUR MONEY WASTED OUR TIME WASTED OUR ENERGY WE'RE NOT ASKING FOR A REFUND JUST BECAUSE THIS HORRIBLE STAY, ALTHOUGH, IT IS MENTION IN YOUR BOOKLET, WRITTEN, GUEST DON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR ALL THE SERVICES IF THEY WERE NOT SATISFIED, BECAUSE A LOT BETTER HERE IN NOVOTEL, REALLY, GUEST DO NOT HAVE TO PAY? WHAT ABOUT US????!!! DO YOU REALLY HAVE A SPECIAL SPECIFICATION OF GUEST TO GET YOUR HOSPITALITY??? Only Fish Pond and Mr Fauzi that make us forget this miserable holiday
