Good location, good price for its worth, room is comfortable if slightly old but it is well kept and clean. Recommended, the central location is convenient. Easy access to the airport as well. Staff polite and helpful.
Millennium hotel Sirih Jakarta is a big hotel with over 400 rooms. It's located in central Jakarta, close to the huge Merdeka square and about 30 min walk (2 km) from Gambir train station. Room was big and nice. Bathroom slightly worn. Bed was comfortable. Free and reasonably fast Wi-Fi. The noisy motorbikes disturbed my sleep during the night since my room was facing the street. Breakfast was included and of fairly good quality, but don't expect a wide range of western styled items. But there was an egg station, bread, waffles, cheese, fruit, coffee/tea, milk and serials. Breakfast restaurant was quite busy and the staffed was constantly one step behind with filling up some of the dishes.
come here at this hotel a few time .... look wise from outside since open ...somehow think that its elevating and renewing the service ... yet ... its a sad one. am kinda taken back, the service is not anything improve, the sad looking really need a lot of rejuvenate ... the food, in the banquet are not anything near good, a few colleagues of socialite ladies of mine are saying its not a reccomend to taste ... quite sad really ... we're having a hala bihalal event of hunderds of social people and known within the service and jakarta's seen, and it poor result.. sometime's we are ok with the look or ambiance ..if only the food it's great ... i believe the management could have a good feedback... an honest one if the management really want to improve or else... its not a recommend place
I was very happy and satisfied at my stay at the Millennium Hotel. Room was clean, safe,clean toilets and friendly ,courteous and efficient staff. The General manager of the Hotel Mr Mercado was so accommodating, and friendly.When he learned that it was my birthday. He had a small cake sent to my room..
This hotel absolutely has the best customer service starting from the bell boys all the way up to the Gen. Manager! We have been traveling around the world since my hubby & I retired in 2008 and I'd say, no other hotel ( not even a 5 star hotel) is on par with Millenium when it comes to customer service....everyone was nice, friendly & courteous. Too bad couldn't remember their names, pardon my poor memory. Rooms are spacious, nice & always clean and breakfast spread was great and good location! And most of all, we have nothing but kind words for Mr. Manny Mercado, Gen. Manager of the hotel, for making our pleasant experience in Jakarta overall possible. He is a very accommodating, amiable & thoughtful person. His pleasant personality resonates with the hotel staff... kudos for a job well done, Manny! A million thanks for everything!! Very friendly and helpful staffs. Everything is okay. Safe is inside the hotel but outside the hotel is not nice. shuttle bus to the nearby shopping mall is provided. But, it got only one timing. My stay in this hotel is not counted because I booked through Booking.com.
Loved the room as it was clean, nicely furnished and the upkeep was good. The service was decent although the receptionist forgot to have a travel adapter passed to me. However, the wifi connection in the room was very unreliable and slow, which made it pretty frustrating.
This hotel is well located for the city centre. The rooms are excellent and I would recommend upgrading to a Club room as you get access to the Club area on the 15th floor. The staff are very attentive and pleasant. In the restaurant the staff are very helpful especially Ami, Bobby and Yuni.
Staying there for 2 weeks, the restaurant staff isn't friendly and a quite slow response. They should be able to clean the table before someone's using it. There was dirty table, used tissue, no spoon and fork, when I eat my breakfast. I even must to get a new tissue by myself (already asked, but no response from the waitresses)... I give you 0/5. The good news are you have clean, neat, and well perfumed rest room, moreover, you have your own mosque that all moslem guess can easily pray (but you must to maintain the cleanliness the mosque's bathroom, its lack). I give you 2/5. Thanks.
A very good family stay hotel with very neat rooms and bathroom. The breakfast requires a special mention as it was superb .A lot of things and varieties. A well guarded and protected hotel .Right in the middle of the city where everything is easily accessible. Would definitely recommend this for a few days stay
