Stayed here during one of my family wedding anniversary. Pros : -I was granted for early check in around 10 AM, since I upgraded to Suite room (could not take the benefit of afternoon tea & evening cocktail due to busy for the event) -Room is huge -Putri (if I'm not mistaken) at reception was very helpful and willing to assist -Found on the first Suite room, bathroom was leaking and duty manager immediately sent bellboy to assist moving to another Suite room Cons: -Hotel is quite old -After complained about leaking on the first suite room, TV remote on the new suite room did not have battery. Already asked to send them, but did not come for about 1 hour and I had to cancel the request. -No valet parking Did not have a chance to try the swimming pool. Overall, It was a nice stay with my family, but there are many "senior" staffs that looked tired for doing their job. I just think they need more holiday :)
Enjoyed Sauna, spa bath, pool and gym. Food offerings in Executive Club and restaurant were adequate but not extensive. The location of the hotel was very good both for shopping and some tourist attractions.
I used this hotel for my business trip. Concierge is very kind and breakfast also OK. However, the room was very old. I hesitated to immerse in the bathtub because the wall around faucet was broken for the bath. Also, I couldn't understand what did message therapist say. She can't speak English well. I might use the other newer hotel for the next time.
My husband and I had a short stay at Millennium Hotel Sirih because of an event we had to attend. We brought our 2 boys with us. As usual the room was beyond our expectations. The facilities were wonderful. The cleanliness top of the line. The food was good that even our 2 boys, who can be picky with what they eat, were happy. The staff was attentive, prompt and polite at all times. We look forward to our next visit to Millennium.
This hotel is excellent for a short business trip. Quite and clean room, plenty of space to conduct business talk, good ambiance with afternoon vocal and good selection of beverages and snacks. Bit low choice on non regional food but still manageable. Good transportation options from and to hotel. Nicely trained and helpful service. Reasonable pricing.
Good location near tanah abang.good spread of indonesian breakfast and tasty.breakfast should include goreng2an.get a surprised nice room upgradewhen checked in. Iron should be in the room.quite slow receiving food for room service even though food taste good. A memorable stay
Clean room, huge lobby, average breakfast. Housekeeping should not put the complimentary bottle water inside bathroom. Internet line is very weak. Good location. Overall worth the money paid as the rate is not so expensive compared to those hotel near to Grand Indonesia
My second time staying at Millennium Sirih, excellent value for money in Jakarta. Great rooms, central location, very good facilities esp the spa. The staff is always attentive and will cater to all your needs. I will always come back to Millennium Sirih. Big shout out to Miss Lydia and the Front Office and duty Manager Mr Bambang who always made time to enquire about my stay. See you soon.
The crew are professional, warm, and friendly. The general Indonesian people are welcoming and hospitable, this alone encourages me to come back for vacation. I will use your service every time I come to Jakarta.
The Hotel is located centrally in Jakarta. Staff offers excellent service. The lobby bar furnishing is somewhat dated (as in the whole lobby) but still exudes luxury of the past era. The lobby restaurant during breakfast period was a bit chaotic due the volume of customers. There staff did their best to accommodate customers. Since we were driven by our local friends, we are not aware of any impediment of any transportation issue. When we take the taxi's, as long is the Blue Bird or Silver Bird taxi's, as I was told, there should be no driver issues. We took taxi twice, both are reasonable and prompt. We will definitely
