The hotel is so cute, the room is spacious and clean. Eventho we had problem with the sink and shower but the staff was really helpfull and very quick. Need to improve the breakfast variety. We can rent the bycle for 2 hours. Overall, I would love to come back again when I have chance.
Really happy with my stay. 5 of my 7 days were in quarantine and it felt like the staff were a little overwhelmed by the demands so many people stuck in their rooms with nothing to do besides call and make demands. 😆 The hotel is lovely and you get a lot for the money. It’s really close to so many museums which I enjoyed during my post-quarantine days. THE STAFF ARE FANTASTIC and very very friendly. They work so hard to anticipate and meet needs. Very helpful and kind. If I’m ever in Jakarta again, I will enjoy staying here once again.
